A custom ERP is built from scratch around your own operations: the data structure, approval steps and reports follow how your company works, instead of the company adapting to packaged software. When your processes look like most companies', a packaged or cloud ERP is usually faster and cheaper. Custom pays off when your core processes are your edge, when a package needs heavy changes to fit, or when the ERP must connect deeply with apps, e-commerce or equipment. A simple custom ERP starts from about NT$450K, and you can begin with one module and extend in phases.
Real projects Custom ERP and integration work
These are projects we actually developed: some are whole systems built from scratch, others keep the existing ERP and connect only the missing piece.

Back office, web front end and iOS and Android apps connect headquarters, studios and teachers, covering class booking, check-in and credit deductions. More than six years together, up to version nine, with discount codes added.

The existing ERP, POS and Digiwin accounting system stayed in place; we built a new website and online store and connected them so data stays in sync online and offline (OMO).
Since 2025Semiconductor company

What we build Common custom ERP modules
There is no need to build a whole ERP at once. Start with the workflow that causes the most errors or manual work, then add other modules in phases.
Order intake, purchasing, stock, shipping and returns, designed around your documents and approval steps.
Job dispatch, shifts, bookings and check-in, built together with the app your front-line staff use.
Members, plans, credit deductions and discount codes, shared across locations from one data source.
Operating data, reconciliation and management reports, with separate views for headquarters, branches and roles.
Accounting, e-invoicing, payments, e-commerce and POS exchange data through APIs, with no re-typing.
Data from old systems and spreadsheets is cleaned and imported; old and new run in parallel until the figures match.
Which one Choosing an approach
The difference is who adapts to whom: with packaged and cloud ERPs the company adapts to the software; with a custom ERP the software adapts to the company.
| Approach | Best for | How it is priced | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Packaged ERP | Best for: Accounting, inventory and purchasing that look like most companies' | How it is priced: Licences plus implementation services, quoted by the vendor or reseller | Watch out for: Heavy customisation is costly and may need redoing on upgrades |
| Cloud ERP | Best for: SMEs with standard processes that want to go live quickly | How it is priced: Monthly or yearly subscription per user | Watch out for: Limited room to customise; check that all data can be exported |
| Custom ERP | Best for: Core processes are your edge, or deep links to apps, e-commerce or equipment are needed | How it is priced: Simple ERPs from about NT$450K, estimated by the number of modules and integrations | Watch out for: Requirements take the longest, so launch in phases; put source code and document ownership in the contract |
Process How we work
ERP projects stall on requirements and data more than on code. Every phase ends with something you can accept.
2–4 weeks
We talk with the people who use it every day and map current workflows, documents and exceptions, marking where data is re-typed or errors happen most.
Depends on scope
We write modules, role permissions and fields, and prototype the screens for staff to try before sign-off. The quote is itemized.
Depends on modules
The most painful piece goes live first and is tested with real data. After old data is imported, old and new run in parallel before the full switch.
Ongoing
The same team supports the system, adjusting workflows and adding modules as the business changes, one version at a time.
Pricing Price ranges

If your processes look like most companies' and you want to go live quickly, a packaged or cloud ERP is usually faster and cheaper. If only a few steps do not fit, you can keep your ERP and add or connect the missing piece. A custom ERP makes sense when your core processes are your edge, a package needs heavy changes to fit, or the ERP must connect deeply with apps, e-commerce or equipment.
The timeline depends on the number of modules, and we recommend phases: launch the workflow with the most errors or manual work first, such as orders or dispatch, confirm it works, then extend. The logistics management system in our case studies started development in 2025 and has been released in phases, now in its fifth version.
At handover you receive the source code, deployment documents and environment settings, with ownership written into the contract; the database runs on the server or cloud account you choose. We do not subcontract; our own team is responsible from start to finish.
Yes. Data migration is planned during development: we tidy the fields and formats, remove duplicates and errors, then import in batches and reconcile. Old and new run in parallel for a while after launch, and we switch once the figures match.
The same team. Issues are fixed during the warranty, and after that you can sign a maintenance contract to adjust workflows and add modules as the business changes. The yoga studio system in our case studies has been extended since 2020 and is on version nine, and the logistics system is on version five; both kept growing after launch.
