Custom CRM Custom CRM and sales management Customer and sales data,
in one system.

Customers are scattered across sales reps' spreadsheets, LINE chats and business cards, deal status only surfaces in meetings, and marketing lists are rebuilt for every campaign. We build a CRM around your sales process: customers, deals, quotes, sales follow-up and marketing lists in one system, connected to your ERP, website forms, LINE and e-commerce. The most-used part goes live first, and the rest follows in phases.

What is a custom CRM, and how does it differ from a packaged CRM?

A CRM (customer relationship management system) keeps customer records, interactions, deal and quote progress and marketing lists in one place. A packaged CRM follows a generic sales process, is billed per user and is quick to start. A custom CRM is built around your own process: fields, stages, permissions and reports match how you actually work, and it can connect deeply with your ERP, apps, website or existing member system. If your sales process is close to most of your industry, a packaged CRM is usually cheaper; a custom CRM is worth it when the process is unusual, many existing systems must be connected, or data has to stay on your own servers. A small sales management tool can start from NT$150K.

Real projects CRM and sales systems we have built

From customer engagement to sales follow-up, built around the process.

These are projects we actually developed: a standalone marketing system, and a platform that feeds its data into a CRM.

What we build Common custom CRM features

Build only the parts you need, with one copy of customer data.

No need to build everything at once. Start with what sales uses every day and most often misses, then add the rest in phases.

01 CUSTOMER

Customers and contact history

Customers, contacts, visits and call notes in one place, so the data stays when a sales rep leaves.

02 PIPELINE

Deals and quotes

A deal board designed around your sales stages, with quotes, approvals and closing status at a glance.

03 SALES

Sales reports and targets

Daily sales reports, visit schedules, reminders and personal targets that managers can follow in real time.

04 MARKETING

Marketing lists and segments

Segment by criteria, export lists or connect EDM and LINE messaging, with results flowing back to the same customer record.

05 INTEGRATE

Existing systems

ERP, accounting, website forms, LINE, e-commerce and member systems exchange data through APIs, with no retyping.

06 ACCESS

Permissions and reports

Customers and fields visible by department, region and role, with management reports in your own format.

Which one Which approach

Packaged CRM, packaged plus integration, or custom CRM?

It depends on how unusual your process is and how many existing systems must be connected. Many companies mix approaches.

ApproachBest forHow it is pricedWatch out for
Packaged CRMBest for: Sales processes close to most of your industry, and you want to start quicklyHow it is priced: Monthly or yearly subscription per userWatch out for: Fields and workflow follow the software; check data export and integration options first
Packaged CRM + custom integrationBest for: The package is enough, but it needs to sync with your ERP, website or LINEHow it is priced: NT$50k–200k per integration pointWatch out for: Depends on how open the package's API is, and subscription fees continue
Custom CRMBest for: Unusual sales processes, many systems to connect, or data that must stay on your own serversHow it is priced: Small scopes from NT$150K, priced by features and integrationsWatch out for: Defining requirements takes the most time, so launch in phases; put source code and document ownership in the contract

Process How we work

Map the sales process first, then go live step by step.

CRM projects most often stall because people describe the process differently, not because of code. Every stage ends with something you can sign off.

  1. STEP 01

    Process and data review

    2–4 weeks

We talk with sales, marketing and managers, map the path from lead to deal, and sort out existing spreadsheets, business cards and system data.

  2. STEP 02

    Spec and prototype

    Depends on scope

We define fields, sales stages and role permissions, and build a clickable prototype for sales to try; the quote is itemized.

  3. STEP 03

    Phased build and launch

    Depends on features

Customer and deal management go live first with cleaned-up data imported; marketing and reports follow once sales is comfortable.

  4. STEP 04

    Support and growth

    Ongoing after launch

The same team supports it, adjusting fields, integrations and reports as your organization and process change.

FAQ Common questions

Custom CRM FAQ

How much does a custom CRM cost?

Based on custom projects in Taiwan in 2026: a small sales management tool starts from NT$150K; a single-process CRM with customers, deals, quote tracking and basic reports is about NT$500K–1M; each external integration is about NT$50K–200K; a CRM shared by several departments is priced by features and integrations. We quote item by item after the requirements interview, and third-party services and cloud costs are separate.

We already use a packaged CRM. Do we still need a custom one?

Not necessarily. If the package is enough and only needs to sync with your ERP, website forms or LINE, keep it and add the integration. We recommend a custom CRM when the sales process is unusual, fields and stages would need heavy changes, or many existing systems must be deeply connected.

How long does a custom CRM take? Can it be phased?

It depends on the number of features; a single-process CRM takes about 3–5 months. We recommend phases: launch customer and deal management first, let sales use it for a while, then add segments, reports and integrations.

Can we import customer data from spreadsheets, business cards or an old system?

Yes. Data migration is planned during development: we unify fields and formats, merge duplicate customers, clean errors, then import and check in batches. Old and new can run in parallel at first until the data matches.

Can it connect with our ERP, website, LINE or e-commerce?

Yes. Common integrations include orders and receivables from ERP or accounting, website forms flowing into lead lists, LINE official account friends and messages, and purchase history from e-commerce and member systems. KGI Securities' investor education platform, for example, feeds course, live stream and task point data back into the CRM. Without an API, file exchange or an intermediary database also works, but we assess stability first.

How is customer data protected, and who owns the source code?

Permissions are set by department, region and role, sensitive fields can be masked, and actions are logged; the database runs on servers or a cloud account you choose. Development follows ISO 27001 processes, and we run source code and vulnerability scans before delivery. At handover you receive the source code, deployment documents and environment settings, with ownership written into the contract.
