Fit the company's own operations
Dispatch, driver work and back-office management are tied to how 欣晨快遞 operates, which packaged software rarely matches. The system had to be designed around its workflow.
A logistics management back end built around 欣晨快遞's own operations, paired with an app for drivers. Development began in January 2025; after the first version went live, the system was extended in stages as the business required, reaching version five in about 20 months.

Background
The courier company 欣晨快遞 needed a logistics management system that fit its own operations and connected back-office management with drivers' field work. JoinX began developing the logistics management system and driver app in January 2025. Rather than building everything at once, we extended the system in stages after the first version went live: version two in November 2025, version three in March 2026, version four in April 2026, and version five from August 2026.

Challenges
A logistics system is tightly bound to how the business runs, so we settled these points before development:
01
Dispatch, driver work and back-office management are tied to how 欣晨快遞 operates, which packaged software rarely matches. The system had to be designed around its workflow.
02
Back-office management and drivers' field work had to run on one system, so the driver app and the logistics back end were planned together.
03
Operating rules change as the business evolves. The system could not be finished once and frozen; it needed room to grow release by release.
Solutions
Launch the core workflow first, then extend release by release as operations require:

A logistics management back end built around 欣晨快遞's operations, paired with a driver app, so the office and the field work in the same system.
The first version launched the core workflow. Each release since then adds only what operations need most at the time.
Version two shipped in November 2025, followed by versions three to five in March, April and August 2026.
Impact
From the start of development in January 2025 to version five in August 2026, five versions in about 20 months.
After the first version went live, versions two to five followed between November 2025 and August 2026, each adding only what operations needed most, so the system grows with the business.
JoinX has developed and extended the back end and driver app from version one to version five, so new operational needs go straight into the next release.
