Project Background
The client's business scope covers daily maintenance, inspection, and management of street trees. Previously, the client managed large volumes of planting and project data primarily through Excel, a process that was extremely time-consuming and resulted in unstable data timeliness and accuracy. To improve internal operational efficiency and enhance data management quality, the client commissioned JoinX to develop a dedicated digital management system.
