The things that go wrong with a software vendor We commit to not letting them happen to you
The following is JoinX's public commitment to every client. It applies to all projects under contract and under discussion, and is honoured alongside the contract itself.
We never subcontract a project we have taken on without the client knowing. When we do need a resource we don't have in-house, we say so openly, name the external partner, and keep the process visible from end to end.
We have inherited many projects where the previous vendor walked away, the engineer resigned with no handover, or the work stalled because the fee was too low — and even when they could be reached, a reply took a week or two. Every JoinX project has a named owner, with an account manager and a project lead behind them.
Within the scope agreed in the contract, we commit to completing the work inside the contract period. A schedule that keeps slipping doesn't just delay a project, it derails the business plan behind it. Our goal is the same as yours: getting the system live.
We don't compete with our clients. We focus on B2B services — helping clients build their own business models. We learn the domain, but we have no interest in productising or reselling what we build for you. Source code is priced as a full buy-out by default. We only do well when our clients do well.
Whether you take it in-house, hand it to a friend, or move it to another vendor, we honour whatever the contract says. We are a services company: we deliver the scope we accepted, we cooperate with your future plans as far as we can, and we will not be the obstacle.
We have many young engineers, but none of them are blank slates. Anyone who joins JoinX — junior included — clears a high technical bar, and our technical leads are experienced developers in their fields who review work at every layer. We care a great deal about what we ship.
The original six answered one question: will I get burned? What clients ask most now is about AI, data, and whether they really get everything at the end. These three are commitments we hold to just the same.
Before we start, we tell you which parts of the build use AI tooling. Everything it produces is reviewed line by line by our engineers, and we remain accountable for it. Without your written consent, we never send your source code, data, or commercial documents to a third-party AI service that trains on them.
Project data sits in your accounts and your cloud environment. We take only the access we need, and revoke it the day a team member moves off. We work to ISO 27001:2022 processes and leave no undisclosed back door or remote access in your systems.
At closeout we hand over the source code, deployment documentation, environment configuration, and every account and domain we registered on your behalf — in one go. We never hold an account, domain, or server as a condition of renewal.

JoinX is committed to delivering projects in accordance with the principles stated above and to fulfilling its responsibilities under applicable laws, mutually executed contracts, and agreed project terms. Where additional terms are required for a specific project, the formally executed agreement between both parties will prevail.
